@robinsyl I'd say the Fediverse (especially Pixelfed) is very friendly towards artists, but I am also biased given that I help moderate this Mastodon instance.

Of the other social media type things, Itaku seems to be the one most squarely targeted at visual artists. Most of the folks who've started posting images there are happy they did.
