> Had the same issue but finally solved it. Is your high school principal still alive? If not, then that's one reason the prom won't execute. That's what happened in my game. Mei Prescott died without me even noticing. So, I had to join one of my teen sims as they attended high school for classes one day so that the game could spawn a new principal. That fixed the problem.
