I shot my mouth off earlier regarding FurAffinity. I’d like to apologize to Sciggles for the tone of my post—it was needlessly confrontational, and I’ll do better next time. I’ll amend what I said to this: Sciggles, it’s okay to ask for help with FA. We want you to succeed.

Since Sciggles and FurAffinity don’t seem to have Mastodon accounts, I’ll just broadcast it here. Feel free to screencap and repost.Since Sciggles and FurAffinity don’t seem to have Mastodon accounts, I’ll just broadcast it here. Feel free to screencap and repost.
Attention, Sciggles and FurAffinity. You’ve been cagey and secretive ever since the charity GoFundMe, and it’s got to stop. Today’s Upload Policy revision to rule 2.7, after weeks of selective enforcement, is just the latest example of your lack of transparency. What are you trying to do?
Still unanswered, my questions on the FurAffinity GoFundMe: https://buddygoodboy.com/2024/08/16/questions/

Trust is hard to gain, easy to lose, and almost impossible to win back, Sciggles and FA. Start by responding to your userbase. I’ve been a member of FA for at least a decade, and I want it to be a great website. I don’t want to walk away from it.
I’ll be backing up my art and story gallery to my personal website over the coming months. I’d do that anyway, but the mishandled and opaque actions by FA really put a point on the need to do so.
